If you are making an appointment for fertility treatment or advice and you have a partner, your partner will also need a referral (or be named on your referral).
Once you have obtained your referral, please send it to us via email to info@dralicehuang.com.au or fax it +61 3 9417 1099 or via post to Suite 8, 320 Victoria Parade, East Melbourne, Victoria 3002. Please include your details so that we can contact you to make an appointment.
Please note: GP referrals are valid for 12 months and Specialist referrals are valid for 3 months.

If available, please send these details prior to your appointment. If you do not have copies, please request that a copy of any relevant reports/results from your previous treating doctors are sent to our rooms ready for your first appointment.
Dr Huang is committed to providing individualized care to each of her patients. This means she sets aside enough time in her consultations to ensure that her patients are fully informed about their condition as well as have the opportunity to ask questions. This level of care does incur additional charges above the Medicare rebate.
Please note we are a private billing clinic and the consultation fees are advised at the time of making an appointment.
