After successfully booking your consultation with Dr Huang, you will receive an email with access details to the Patient Portal where you can enter your registration details and upload any test results previously performed ahead of your appointment. Medical reports that may be helpful include pathology reports, ultrasound reports, semen analysis, current medication details, and medical history.
If you are unable to access the Patient Portal, please click the link below to find a registration form PDF to be completed for yourself and your partner if you are attending for fertility treatment as a couple. Any relevant medical reports can be sent to Dr Huang’s rooms prior to your appointment via email, fax, or post as per the details outlined above. This allows Dr Huang to maximise her time with you during your consultation.
Dr Huang is committed to providing comprehensive and individualised care to each of her patients. This means she allocates enough time during her consultations to ensure you are fully informed about your condition and have the opportunity to ask questions without feeling hurried.
A Medicare rebate is applied to all eligible appointments and procedures for all patients who hold a valid Medicare card.
Please note Dr Huang practice is a private billing clinic and there will be a gap payment above the Medicare rebate to reflect her high level of care and extended appointment times.
